Transportation Policy
You will receive a notice within your agreement to be signed that the buyer is solely responsible for transportation/ pick up of snakes. We will provide all necessary precautions listed out in contract of what supplies are needed to transport your snake safely. Kahu of Scales owner, Ellese Robinson, is not responsible for any accidents or mishandling of the snakes once they are picked up and out of her possession.
Return & Exchange Policy
No snakes are accepted for full refund. We only credit back 35% of your purchase if the snake is returned within 10 business days from the original transportation of your snake. The remaining percent fee is to restock, clean, feed, and rehome the snake. Should you wish to return your snake past the 10 business day mark, you must outreach to the owner, Ellese Robinson, directly for further instruction on accepting the returned snake or further plan of action.
